Ali has joined the ensemble of the iconic Comedy Dance Chicago for the 2026-2027 season and will be performing sketch comedy infused with dance!
CDC will be headlining iO Fest in July 2026 and will have shows throughout the fall and winter. Follow this link for a consistently updated performance schedule.

Anxious Brown Girl - series
This summer, Ali filmed the independent series Anxious Brown Girl under writer/director Aisha Hamid. She played Ella, the title character's WASPy "millennial girl boss" employer.

takeCHARGE Commercial Campaign
In January, Ali worked with Accomplice Content Production Company to film the lead role in a commercial for takeCHARGE energy. Most excitingly: she got to hold a hairless cat.

Dutchman
This fall, Ali will perform in Dutchman at Chicago's avant-garde storefront, Trap Door Theatre. She will be one of three actresses playing Lula, the "mysterious and manipulative temptress" and primary antagonist.

iO Comedy House Team - Bl!mp
Ali is a resident improviser at the Chicago's acclaimed iO Comedy Theatre!
As of August, 2025, her team Bl!mp performs the Harold (iO's iconic long-form improv format) on a weekly basis. You can also catch them doing long-form improv at theaters throughout the city and festivals across the continent.
