Ali Foley (she/her) is a Canadian-American performing artist. A wearer of many creative hats, Ali has worked as an actor, improviser, singer, dancer, and instrumentalist in regional theatres and on sets across North America - from the beaches of Florida to the mountains of Alaska.
In Chicago, Ali performs weekly with the improv team Bl!mp at the nationally acclaimed iO Comedy Theatre. She also serves as the Executive Producer of Instrumental Theatre Company.
In 2025, Ali earned her MFA in Acting at Northwestern University. She graduated with a BFA in Musical Theatre from Shenandoah Conservatory in 2015. On the side, she is pursuing her 200-hour yoga teacher training and Intimacy Coordinator certification.
In life and in art, Ali prioritizes community, collaboration, and play. When not working on a project, you'll probably find Ali climbing a mountain, camping, rewatching 30 Rock, maintaining her Duolingo Spanish streak, or indulging her caffeine addiction.
(Most likely that last one.)
